End User License Agreement (EULA)

We are DocsPilot ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered at Innovation Avenue 5, Tech City (zip code: 123456) in the United States.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the installation utility and related software components provided with the software product known as DocsPilot (“Installer” or the “Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Installer, you (“User” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
Ownership and Scope
The Software is the exclusive property of the Company, owned or licensed by it. These Terms cover all parts of the Software, including features, modules, components, functionalities, and any related services, including integrated search features.
Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and commit to following all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it immediately.
To ensure proper operation, performance tracking, analytics, and security, the Software may collect limited technical and usage data necessary for these purposes. Please review the Privacy Policy before installing.
Software and Installer Services
By starting the installation, you authorize the Company to install the Software and any necessary supporting components. With your consent during installation, the Software may change certain browser settings, such as your default search engine, homepage, or new tab page, to connect you with a search provider chosen by the Company. Continuing installation means you agree to these changes.
If you uninstall DocsPilot later, previous browser settings won't be restored automatically and must be adjusted manually.
By proceeding, you also agree that DocsPilot may become your default file conversion tool and that the Software may include search functions operated by third-party providers, all under these Terms.
License Grant and Restrictions
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All other rights are reserved by the Company and its licensors.
Third-Party Content
The Software may display or provide access to third-party content, ads, or services. The Company does not control or endorse these and is not responsible for them. Any interaction with third-party content is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit the Software.
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
- Bypass security or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use the Software unlawfully or harmfully.
- Violate these Terms.
Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your Software access and legal consequences.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Software, including trademarks, code, designs, and proprietary elements, belong to the Company or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with all systems.
You assume all risks from installing and using the Software.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use the Software. Liability is limited to the lesser of $10 USD or any amount you paid for the Software.
Updates and Modifications
The Company may release updates or fixes at its discretion. Continued use after updates means acceptance. Temporary interruptions or changes may occur.
Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may end this agreement by uninstalling the Software and stopping use. The Company may terminate your access immediately for violations or risks.
Upon termination, uninstall the Software; continued use breaches these Terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from claims or damages arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions take effect upon posting. Continued use means acceptance.
General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tel Aviv. Claims must be filed within 12 months of the event.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
